Supervised Visitation and Guardian ad Litem Services 

Both parties are required to sign our guidelines.  Call today and we will e-mail the guidelines to you. (253) 927-4331   SUPERVISED VISITATION FEES (Must be paid in advance of scheduled visit) Monday - Friday: $30 an hour Weekends: $40 an hour Holidays: $50 an hour   SUPERVISED VISITATION HOURS Monday - Sunday:  8:00am - 8:00pm All Holidays:          9:00am - 9:00pm  Maximum visitation time is 8 hours.    OTHER FEES Supervisor's Observation Reports:     $25 per visitation exchange    $35 per 1-4 hour visitation    $50 per 5-8 hour visitation    Credit Card Processing Fee: $4.00 per transaction INTAKE FEE $25 per client (one-time fee)  Must be paid at time Guidelines are returned.  Intake fee is non-refundable.   SUPERVISED EXCHANGE $25 - Limited times and areas.
