Supervised Visitation and Guardian ad Litem Services 

Kitsap County flat rate fee includes all GAL services until final report is filed with the court.  Client account and expenses must be paid in full before final report is released. 

After the Kitsap County GAL final report is filed with the court, the GAL fee is billed at $50 an hour. 

Expenses apply to all GAL services. 

 EXPENSES:  

Travel Time: $25.20 per hour as allowed 
Mileage: .60 per mile
Advanced costs as needed
Photocopies: .10 per page
NSF Check: $35
Postage: As Required
Incoming Fax: .25 per page
Outgoing Fax: $1.00 first page/.50 each additional page

Expenses are billed once a month and must be paid in full within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
